Product 01

Fly-Ash-Based Sand

Also known as FAB Sand, this engineered sand is produced from Class-F fly ash through controlled geopolymerisation and curing. The process yields rounded, uniform particles with excellent flow and packing behaviour, making it ideal for concrete, mortar, and finishing works that demand high workability.

Fly-Ash-Based Sand
Why Fly-Ash-Based Sand

Manufactured — not mined — Fly-Ash-Based Sand reduces dependency on river sand while diverting fly ash away from ash ponds, delivering the rounded, uniform particle shape natural sand cannot guarantee.

Red-Mud Sand

Manufactured using processed bauxite residue with stabilised chemistry, Red-Mud Sand exhibits high durability and resistance to aggressive environments.

F-Slag Sand blends fly ash with GGBFS (Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag) to enhance geopolymer gel formation and strength, delivering a denser microstructure and improved durability characteristics.
